To date, Dr. Satish has traveled to 72 countries, kick starting his project on top of the Arctic Ocean - North Pole. Today we are sending out our message from Abu Dhabi to the rest of the world, highlighting the importance of education as a core to preserving Mother Earth.

World Education Day
Every day we see how the internet is affecting our lives, creating digital transformation roadmaps with apps and, data that we all find useful. Considering how the pandemic has affected the world, bringing digital to the forefront more than ever, a critical component of success nowadays is being accessible digitally. There is a transition from an old world with limited resources to a new world where the learning commodity is free to use.
Educational institutions are now exposed to conditions that have faced dramatic shifts in recent years, but we still see the same traditional static classrooms. The way we teach has not evolved with the drastic change that is required nowadays, especially after the pandemic. With all the tracking technology and data collection tools discovered, it is now time we start applying these technologies in our educational systems. This way, students are given the option to learn based on their preferences.
Education affects all aspects of our life. It is the greatest tool we can utilize to build a sustainable future. We are all responsible to help education to catch up with technology whether you are a parent, a student, a teacher, or just a citizen.
World Refugee Day
This is a key moment to remember and celebrate those who have fled their homes traveling thousands of miles away, and continue to struggle their way to survival and belonging. Especially during this COVID-19 crisis let us remember the refugees who remain exposed with no homes, running water or the basic life requirements to keep them safe or healthy.
Here is a special recognition to the refugees who have gracefully integrated into their new societies and positively contributed to them. Their fight and resilience to build a better future is commendable.
Also, worth remembering and recognizing are those welcoming countries/societies and individuals who have welcomed refugees and helped them find a new place to call home and allowed them to dream again of a better future.
More than 25 million refugees globally have been forced to flee their homes and over half of them are under 18.
Let's stand together, let's be tolerant, lets be kind and supporting. Let us put our differences behind, as long as we share same principles and values we can belong together anywhere on earth.
International Day against Child Slavery
World Day Against Child Labour 2020 is a day to raise awareness about child workers who loose their childhood and self, trying to find the basic life resources and support, like food and shelter, wasting their health & education or any opportunity for a better future
Unfortunately, children are often the first to suffer from any crisis.
Under the Covid19 pandemic crisis, it will result in to more children getting pulled into child labour, which already has millions of children who live and work in hazardous conditions . These children are now at even greater risk of facing circumstances that are even more difficult and working longer hours and under worse terms.
They need us now and will need us in the future. Now more than ever we need to think of those children, we need to help them go back to school, stay in school and not drop out. Every child deserves an education, no child should be left behind World child labour day
